General:By commissioning Merumi for digital art pieces you are agreeing to these terms:♦ Merumi has the right to refuse a commission for any reason;♦ Clients may repost commissioned artwork, but must credit Merumi or the artists personal account as long as no profit is being made by the client. (no selling the artwork on T shirts/prints/merch unless given written permission from Merumi)♦ Merumi does not claim rights to any characters or other intellectual property used in the process of creating the artwork.

Ordering an art piece:
♦ A 10% non-refundable deposit can be paid to secure a slot in advance, All slots are first come first served.♦ Must give a description of what is wanted with a minimum 2 view digital refsheet.♦ Commissions are accepted when "Open" status is shown on social media posts.♦ A digital reference sheet is required, and must show front view, back view and preferably side views as to ensure artwork is as accurate to your characters design. Other images of the character can be sent to give more views along with the refsheet.♦ If a commission involves characters belonging to other people, written permission from the other character owner(s) must be provided or they contact me to confirm you have permission to have a piece created with both your characters in.

Payments and returns:
♦ Payment is taken via paypal only in euro (€) An invoice will be sent for payment.♦ 10% of total art cost is non-refundable once paid as to cover initial planning time and to prevent time wasters.♦ Once 50% of the total cost of the piece is paid, work will begin on the sketch.♦ Once full payment has been received the piece will be completed fully and sent unwatermarked.♦ Refunds are 90% of the total cost if no work has begun on the piece when refund is requested.♦ If work has begun on the piece, the amount refunded will be decided by Merumi based upon how much work has been done.

WIPs and deadlines:♦ WIPs will be sent throughout the piece being completed (sketch, lines, flat colours, finished piece)♦ During the sketch and line stage, changes can be requested, (nothing drastic unless I am at fault on pose or key part of character).♦ All completed pieces will be sent via email as to ensure quality is preserved.♦ Merumi does not accept deadlines on art usually, however they can be requested and a rush fee may apply if the deadline is accepted.♦ Usual completion time is a week to 1 month, depending on place in queue, payments and communication time. My Art slots are usually marked with the month that they will be completed in.All WIPs are heavily watermarked until full amount is paid

Other:♦ Merumi will draw NSFW art. (kinks, heavy gore, some fetish art) however commissions may be refused depending on the topic. Cub, NSFW feral pieces, hateful images ect will NOT be accepted.♦ You must be 18+ to commission NSFW art.♦ All emails sent/received will be stored for a period of 2 years. This is for my own records and to protect me from reverse scammers during and after the commission has been completed as there will be proof of it being drawn, approval of each WIP stage, proof of sending and the commissioner's agreement to this TOS.
